Lesley is a basketmaker and willow artist. Her contemporary designs involve working with natural materials such as willow, hazel, and wood. The materials for her designs are mostly found in her own garden such as contorted hazel and from willow she grows herself. She is surrounded by the beautiful Shropshire hills and is very much inspired by nature and its fluent natural forms. Her designs evolve as she is creating them and take on their own shape, each one is different and unique.
