Journey: Ironbridge

The exhibition will feature the work of 12 regional artist-makers showcasing the diverse range of uses and interpretations of willow, wood and natural fibres. There will be traditional and heritage baskets on show, alongside sculptural and contemporary pieces. Throughout the exhibition, there will be daily weaving demonstrations from our artist-makers, hands-on workshops, willow bed tours and a pop-up shop where you can buy unique handcrafted items.

​​​​Footprint Gallery is a contemporary art gallery which includes artisan workshops and an exhibition space. The gallery is located in the grounds of the Jackfield Tile Museum, which is part of the Ironbridge Gorge Museum Trust - an educational charity which looks after the historic sites of the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Ironbridge Gorge.
